Jenny Weisz is a Toronto based performer and voice teacher who graduated from Sheridan College's Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance Program. Jenny’s credits include playing the title role in Young People's Theatre's Dora award nominated production of Annie, as well as Little Red Ridinghood in Into the Woods (Neptune Theatre), Ellie in the Canadian Premiere of Freaky Friday at Theatre Aquarius, U/S Sophie and Ensemble in Mamma Mia (Stage West), There Goes the Bride (Stage West), U/S Fiona and Young Fiona in Shrek the Musical (Globe Theatre), Diana Berry in Anne and Gilbert (The Guild), and featured roles in There Goes The Bride and Mamma Mia (Stage West Calgary), I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change (Gravenhurst Opera House), The Book of Everything (Magnus Theatre), and Made in Canada (Smile Theatre). Jenny has performed across the globe as a Principal Singer and Swing on the Oceania Nautica (Norwegian Creative Studios).
As an Assistant Director, she has gained directorial experience to Gregory Prest on Rose a New Musical at Soulpepper Theatre, for Kerry Gage for The Marvellous Wonderettes (Gravenhurst Opera House), and for Esther Jun on And Now, The End (Summerworks).
